2. Digital Products

We provide digital guides, templates, and training materials in electronic format. Access is granted immediately after purchase.

3. Physical Goods

Our merchandise includes books, branded materials, and other tangible items available for purchase.

4. Fees and Payments

All fees for services, digital products, and goods are as specified at the time of purchase. Payments are processed via third-party providers. Charges are due upon order placement.

5. Refund Policy

5.1 Services

Clients may cancel a service request up to 7 days before the agreed start date for a full refund of fees paid. Cancelling within 7 days triggers a 20% administrative charge deducted from the total fee. Once a service session has commenced or deliverables have been provided, no refund is available. Services may be rescheduled once without extra charge if notice is given at least 5 days prior to the original date.

5.2 Digital Products

Due to the immediate nature of electronic delivery, digital guides and materials are non-refundable once access credentials or download links have been provided. If a request is made within 14 days of purchase and no access has occurred, a refund may be issued upon review.

5.3 Physical Goods

Customers may ship back merchandise within 30 days of receipt in original condition. Shipping costs are the responsibility of the purchaser. Upon receipt and inspection, a refund of the item price will be processed within 14 days via the original payment channel.

6. Cancellation and Rescheduling

To cancel or reschedule any service engagement, please contact us at least 5 days in advance. Use our contact form for all requests. Last-minute changes may not be accommodated.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, and deliverables provided by ITLawLegalPoint are protected under applicable intellectual property laws. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is prohibited.

8. Liability
